Less than a 10 minutes walk from the beach and the shopping promenade, the penthouse is at the top floor of a recently renovated condo building, next to the pineland. This unit is ideal for an extended staying yearlong because of the mild climate of Viareggio,  its central yet quiet location in the residential area of the city, and its outstanding connections to the rest of Tuscany, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Rome via major highways train and airplane (from Pisa airport). The penthouse features a large, partly covered terrace ideal for sunbathing, eating out, or just watching the view of the pineland and mountains. Directly facing on the terrace, is the living room, with eating area and next to the kitchen.   The master bedroom on the back of the house has another terrace with  view on the Apuan Alps; it is furnished with a queen size bed, a large closet, dresser. and chairs.  Next to it is a second bedroom with two single beds and a large closet.  A third bedroom has one single bed, table and dresser in the marinary style.  Two bathrooms complete the unit.  The penthouse is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, medium size range/oven and washing machine.
